iOLA brings the email you already use into a single, chat‑style workspace. Instead of juggling several mailboxes and clunky threads, you connect your accounts once and then read, reply to, organize, and search everything in one place — with attachments, read state, folders, and labels kept in sync with the original mailbox. People you write to receive normal emails; people who also use iOLA can chat with you instantly. iOLA does not host your email — your messages stay in your own connected mailboxes, and iOLA keeps an encrypted working copy so the app is fast and available.

Privacy & security

iOLA is built to handle your email with care. We minimise what we touch, encrypt what we store, and let you disconnect at any time.
- You keep your mailboxes. iOLA is not an email provider — your messages live in your own accounts; we keep an encrypted working copy.
- Encrypted at rest. Message content is sealed with AES‑256‑GCM in our datastore.
- Least‑privilege access. Connecting Google or Microsoft uses their official sign‑in; iOLA requests only the mail access required to sync, in line with each provider’s API policies.
- Disconnect anytime. Removing a mailbox deletes its stored credentials immediately.
Handled per provider policy
iOLA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Connected‑account passwords and tokens are stored encrypted and never shown again.
