Copyright & illegal-content notices
Use this page to report copyright infringement under the US DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512), to notify illegal content under the EU Digital Services Act (Article 16), or to file a counter-notification. Submissions are reviewed by iOLA Trust & Safety. To identify specific content, open the message in iOLA, choose ⋯ → Copy link, and paste the link below.
We have recorded a confirmation of receipt (EU DSA Art. 16(4)). If you provided an email, a copy has been sent there. Keep this reference number for any follow-up. If we act on the reported content, we will notify you with a statement of reasons.
How notice-and-action works
iOLA reviews every notice and, where content is infringing or illegal, may remove or disable it, limit its distribution, and act against the account responsible. We act on our own initiative or in response to a notice. We confirm receipt of your notice and, when we decide, notify you of the outcome with a statement of reasons and information about redress.
DMCA counter-notification & restoration
If your content was removed following a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification above. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we forward it to the complainant; unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.
Repeat infringers
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i), iOLA maintains and reasonably implements a policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
EU DSA — redress
Under the Digital Services Act, notifiers and affected users may contest our decisions by contacting our designated agent, through out-of-court dispute settlement where available, and through the courts. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable law.
